We receive your orders at our US address and inspect them to make sure everything is in good shape. We combine your packages, whenever necessary, fill in the shipping documents and store them until the next shipment. Ocean shipments are loaded and shipped on a container at least once per week. Air shipments are shipped multiple times per week.

Each package is insured up to $100 by default. Additional insurance can be purchased whenever necessary. The packages are weighed multiple times along the way and tracking numbers are provided for convenience.
